Tiled floors run throughout the living areas, high ceiling and wall-to-wall windows and sliders give this vacation home a spacious, open and very clean feel.  The living room has been furnished with a sofa surrounding a large flat screen cable TV. 

The dining room seats up to eight, making this a perfect home if you like to entertain. 

The kitchen is stunning!  Custom cabinets, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, including a gas range … all new in the fall of 2019 … this kitchen is a chef’s dream!  The kitchen is beautifully supplied and ready for preparing home meals or setting a beautiful table.

The primary bedroom suite is located at the back of the condo and has direct access to the back patio.  The en-suite has been furnished with a king size bed with quality bedding, tile floors and a flat screen cable TV.  The updated private en-suite has a double vanity and a walk-in shower. 

The guest bedroom is located at the opposite end of the condo providing perfect separation and privacy from the primary bedroom.  The bedroom has been furnished with a queen bed, quality bedding, cable TV and has direct access to the hall bath creating the possibility of a second primary bedroom.  The guest bedroom is the only carpeted room in this condo. 

The guest bath has a walk-in shower and enters from the guest bedroom or the hallway.

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
