Back inside you’ll find a formal dining room that seats.  The kitchen also offers additional seating for casual meals or to visit with the cook.  A convenient bar between the kitchen and great room opens up the kitchen and is perfect for entertaining and has six bar stools.  The kitchen has been completely updated with custom cabinets and stainless appliances and also has access to the back patio and the gas BBQ grill.

The atrium has been enclosed and converted to a sitting room and office.  The perfect sunny spot to read a book or set up your laptop.

The primary suite has been furnished with a king bed with quality bedding and cable TV.  The master en-suite is amazing.  It has a huge walk-in shower, his and hers vanity and a private WC.  

Guest bedroom one has been furnished with two queen beds, quality bedding, cable TV and has access to the hall bathroom. 

Guest bedroom two has been furnished with a queen bed, quality bedding, a small cable TV and has direct access to the sitting room.

This is a stunning home and squeaky clean.  All tile floors throughout with area rugs added for comfort.  High quality contemporary furnishings throughout and beautiful bedding and linens.  This updated vacation home has lots of extra details and amenities.  It has an inside laundry room and direct access to the attached garage.  Wi-Fi provided as well as land lines with free US and Canada calling.  The pool and spa are just steps away and it is within a ten minute walk from The River shopping and entertainment area across from the front gate, the Omni Resort and the Rancho Las Palmas Clubhouse.

Rancho Las Palmas is a semi-private country club adjacent to the Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort. It has a 27-hole golf course and one of the desert’s top tennis and pickle ball facilities, community pools and spas and walking distance to many dining, shopping and entertainment venues.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE: It may be possible to purchase an RFID tag to use the owner’s entrance at the front gate and access to enter the back gate off Monterey Avenue. To qualify for the purchase, tenants must rent for a minimum of two months, acquire the owner’s permission, present a signed rental agreement and pay $100. Please inquire for more details. Guest with shorter stays, or without an RFID tag will be given a gate pass and must use the front gate of Bob Hope Drive to enter Rancho Las Palmas and can exit only through the back gate on Monterey Avenue.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.

SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
