Decorated in earth tones with beautiful hardwood type floors, this home offers plenty of room for entertaining friends and family. The great room is furnished with a large sectional sofa, matching love seat and large flat screen smart TV with cable. The formal dining room seats eight and there is an additional pub style table that seats 2 in the kitchen. The fully appointed kitchen has updated cabinetry, sleek black counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. With three bedrooms, six can sleep comfortably. Televisions are available with cable access for your viewing pleasure in the primary bedroom and second bedroom. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable a king size bed and an updated en-suite with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom is appointed with a queen size bed, and 3rd bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom, a twin bed on top and a twin size pull-out trundle bed. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination. The extended East facing back patio offers spectacular views of the fairway. A gas barbecue grill, dining table and chaise lounges provide outdoor entertaining and relaxation. This home is furnished with wireless internet connection and free local, US long distance and Canada calling. Located near the River, it is an easy walk to enjoy the local restaurants, catch a movie, or casually shop. Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE:  Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access.  They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights.  The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer.  RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days.  All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas.  The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only.  For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay.  An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100.  This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter.  Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
