Contemporary furnishings and faux-wood tile floors throughout this lovely home give it a fresh, clean, uncluttered look and feel. The great room is centered around a wonderful gas fireplace with large mounted TV above, wet war, formal dining area with seating for six, all looking out through wall to wall windows on the fairway and mountain views.
The spacious updated kitchen also offers fairway and mountain views and has stainless appliances, gas cooking and is very well supplied for casual dining and entertaining.
The primary suite has been furnished with a comfortable king bed, quality bedding and a large mounted TV. The on-suite has a walk-in shower, his and hers sinks and a seated vanity.
The guest bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable queen bed, quality bedding and a sizable TV.
The guest bath has access from both the hallway and the guest bedroom. It has his and her sinks and a combination tub/shower.
Guest will also enjoy the free US and Canada land lines, Wi-Fi, cable TV in living room and both bedrooms and it’s close proximity to the pool and spa.
Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests. Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
