DREAM VACATION HOME

WOW – This is a beautiful, updated 3-bedroom, 2 bath condo in one of the loveliest settings in the desert, Casablanca.  Newly purchased the summer of 2020, the owners got busy remodeling the master en-suite, updating the property, and adding new furnishings and amenities.  This spacious home is sunny, bright, and squeaky clean.  Lucky guests will enjoy all the hard work and love poured into this vacation home, and it shows in so many touches and details throughout. 

The high ceilings in the living room gives you a spacious feeling with lots of natural light coming in. The living room has tile floors, multiple windows, vaulted ceiling, a ceiling fan and is furnished with an oversized, comfortable sectional and two side chairs, all centered around the gas fireplace and large mounted flat screen TV.  It is a smart TV, and the owners will leave their Netflix account activated for guest’s use.  Guests can also use their private streaming accounts.  Through the living room sliding glass doors, step onto the patio that overlooks a green belt and one of four swimming pools and spas.  Alternating pools are heated each winter, but this home is close to two; one just steps from the back door and another about 200 yards away.

The adjoining dining room has a pub height table and seating for eight.  At the far end of the dining room is a beautifully decorated atrium with water fountain, it adds sunshine to the living room and dining room, creating a light, bright, inviting great room.

The kitchen is all white, clean, organized and supplied with just about anything you will need to prepare casual meals or elaborate dinner parties.  The kitchen has been opened up to the living room area, so it is easy for family and guests to visit with the “cook” in your family or for the cook to glance at the TV while busy in the kitchen.  There is also a sliding glass door that leads to the back patio and is convenient to the sizable gas BBQ and dining table for four.

The spacious primary suite is a beautiful, private sanctuary!  It has been decorated in restful colors and furnishings and features a comfortable king size bed dressed in lovely, quality bedding, two occasional chairs, ceiling fan and a mounted flat screen “smart” TV for streaming.  There is an adjoining private atrium beautifully decorated with a pub table for two, with sliding glass doors that allows guests to sleep with the door wide open, letting in fresh air, while maintaining privacy.  The newly remodeled en-suite is gorgeous!  It has dual vanities with marble countertops and an oversized marble, walk-in shower with a convenient built-in seat. 

There are two guest bedrooms down the hall.  Both have been furnished with comfortable queen beds dressed in lovely, quality bedding, ceiling fans and plenty of space to store clothing.  Both guest bedrooms have Roku TVs, but not cable. 

Also located in the hallway is the guest bathroom with shower/tub combination.  There is a dedicated, walk-in laundry room.  The attached two car garage has convenient direct access at the end of the hallway.  Please note that Casablanca has strict parking rules and all vehicles must be parked in the garage and not in the driveway or streets. 

This home has high speed internet and cable TV in the living room and streaming TV in master bedroom.  Both are “smart” TVs and have streaming capabilities.  Because of the streaming with access to thousands of movies, this home does not have a DVD player.  This home also has a landline with free US and Canada calling.  There is carpeting in the bedrooms and tile floors throughout the rest of the condo.

The condo is located right on a swimming pool and spa, just steps from your patio, and there are tennis courts and a pickleball court across the street.  Casablanca is a gated community and located on a quiet street. It has lots of trees and overlooks a green belt. This is a single level end unit and shares only one wall with a neighbor.  It has easy access to major streets and is close to golf, grocery stores, shopping, and the prestigious El Paseo shopping district with luxury shopping and dining only 3 miles away. Note: Pools rotate heating in the winter from year to year. Please inquire.

This is a beautiful, peaceful home, well maintained, clean and is not clutter, so it is will be easy to care for during your stay.  With almost 1,600 sq. ft. it is spacious, open, bright and sunny and is perfect for one or two couples, with room for guests.  This is new as a vacation home (fall 2020) and is sure to be a favorite, so book this condo fast because it will not be available for long!

No pets and no smoking!

Note:  For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity. 

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
