Surround yourself in luxury in this 2,500 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation home in one of South Palm Desert’s most desirable neighborhoods.  If you are looking for a spacious retreat to social distance, away from the crowds, this is your perfect place.  Privacy, Luxury and Paradise in your own private back yard. 

Upon entering, guests will first be drawn to the wall-to-wall windows highlighting a spectacular back yard and pool area.  Lush landscaping surround multiple patios, a large sparkling pool and spa, and an outdoor kitchen with large BBQ, cook top burners, sink, Perlick fridge, and bar seating for visiting with or critiquing your outdoor chef.  There is also a firepit for those cool evenings and three additional fire-rings along the upper patio that add dramatic lighting to an evening by the pool.  This back yard offers perfect outdoor living space with sunshine all day and shaded areas along the house for morning coffee.  If it gets too warm, multiple umbrellas provide shade around the pool.  It has high quality outdoor furnishings and has both walls and high hedges for total privacy from neighboring properties.  Guest will also enjoy “breakfast on the house,” provided by five citrus trees that produce during the winter months.  Grapefruit, Mexican Lime, Lemons, Oranges and Tangerines!  Oh … and mountain views on the North and South sides of the house.  Breathtaking!

Back inside, guests will delight at all the amenities this home has to offer.  This home is new on the vacation rental market as of August 2020.  It has been lovingly decorated and appointed by owners who have just recently decided to share it with seasonal guests.  It is meticulously maintained and squeaky clean.  The home has been tastefully decorated in comfortable contemporary furnishings, with pops of colors and the clean lines of mid-century modern pieces added throughout.  Stunning original art is featured in all rooms and brightens every space in this home.  The great room with gas fireplace, offers plenty of seating and is furnished with an oversized sectional sofa and comfortable chair and ottoman.  There is a large “smart” TV with cable in the living room, so guests will be able to use their Netflix or Hulu accounts.  Vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows, add sunshine and spaciousness to the great room and provide a perfect space for entertaining family and friends.  The main areas of this home have all tile floors as well as the West wing guest bedroom, the three other bedrooms are carpeted. 

A dining room table is centered along the wall-to-wall windows overlooking the back yard and pool areas, creating a dramatic backdrop to all meals, and a stunning setting for entertaining.  The oversized table seats up to ten.  There is a convenient buffet to the side, perfect for serving and filled with all the table dressings, placemats, etc. you will need to set a beautiful table.

The kitchen has been fully updated with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless appliances.  The range is gas and there is an in-door water and ice dispenser on the side-by-side refrigerator.  There is also an oversized walk-in pantry (not pictured) with two wine refrigerators … one for red and one for white.  This home is fit for a chef.  This kitchen has been beautifully supplied with anything and everything you could possibly need to prepare small meals or entertain guests.

The master suite will be your own private sanctuary.  Located in the far East wing of this vacation home, this spacious suite has been furnished with a comfortable king bed with high-quality bedding, seating area, large TV with cable, ceiling fan and even has a beautifully landscaped, private outdoor atrium.  The en-suite has his and hers vanities, a walk-in shower overlooking a landscaped outdoor atrium, walk-in closet and pool-side access.

Two of the guest bedrooms, also on the East side of the home, have been furnished with two twins joined, to form a king size bed.  Both bedrooms have quality bedding, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs with cable, closet and dressers.  One of the guest bedrooms has a small desk.

There is a hallway bathroom that accommodates the two guest bedrooms.  It has dual vanities, a combination bathtub/shower and direct pool-side access.

The third guest bedroom is located on the far West corner of this vacation home.  It has been furnished with a queen size bed with quality bedding, flat screen TV with cable, and has a built-in European closet/dresser unit for clothing and storage.  This bedroom also has a private en-suite with walk-in shower and direct access to the pool-side patio.

There is a dedicated laundry room and a two-car garage with direct access into the home.

In the front yard there is a bocce pitch, complete with bocce balls!

This is an extraordinary vacation home. Spectacular in every way.  Furnished and decorated as a private home, and not a typical rental.  The pool and back yard are about the best you will ever find.  It has Wi-Fi, Cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room, Free US and Canada calling land lines and smart-home devices for the living room TV, A/C thermostats, pool and spa.  This home also has solar panels which helps with electricity use.  The owners will consider a small dog, paying a pet fee.  Please inquire first for owner approval.

Located in South Palm Desert just off HWY 74 and close to El Paseo, The Living Desert and the Westfield Mall, this home is in the very Heart of Palm Desert and the Coachella Vally.    It is walking distance to several hiking trails, such as The Cross Trail, and Ironwood Park.

About the Pool:  The pool has stairs into the shallow end (which is about 36 inches).......the deep end is at least 7 feet in the middle ......it tapers from the edge (about 6 feet)

NOTE:  There is a cap on gas and electric of $200 per month. The gas and electric meters are read on the day of guest arrival and again on the day of departure. The owner will pay the first $200 per month of the combined gas and electric charges. Usage in excess of the cap will be deducted from the security deposit to reimburse the owner. A full accounting will be provided 30 to 45 days from guest departure date, allowing time for owners to receive and submit their gas and electric bills to Vacation Rentals of the Desert, and any deposit funds remaining will be refunded per the terms of the Vacation Rental Contract.  If guest usage of gas and electric exceeds the security deposit the guest is responsible for the overage. The overage will be charged to the card on file after the guest has an opportunity to review the utility usage calculations.
