Lovely vacation home in desirable Mission Hills East.  This spacious two-story condo has spectacular western mountain views.  The open living area features a gas fireplace, flat screen cable TV and comfortable furnishings.  The mirrored wall reflects sunshine throughout the room making it a bright, inviting room for gathering with friends and family.  Next to the sliding glass door is a desk.  A perfect spot to set up your laptop.   There is also a small table perfect for a game of card or checkers while enjoying the sun and the spectacular view.

Step outside the sliding glass wall to wall doors and you will find a “spool” …  bigger than a spa, smaller than a pool and just the perfect size to lie on a raft or have ten friends over for a soak in the hot tub!  If you have a small child visiting, what a treat for them!  Because of the access to the underground pool equipment, the patio has limited space.  There is a dining table and four chairs as well as two chaise lounges and a small BBQ, but with the furnishings and spool, it's tight.  The main focus of this back patio is the use of the spool.  The back patio is located on the 3rd green of the Westin Mission Hills Pete Dye course.

Back inside … there is a formal dining room that seats six and casual dining in the kitchen for two.   The kitchen is spacious and well supplied and the view from the seamless window is stunning. 

The upstairs suite is furnished with a king bed, 32” flat screen cable TV and has a private en-suite with his and hers sinks walk-in shower and soaking tub.

A second primary suite downstairs has also been furnished with a king bed, 32” flat screen cable TV and has a private en-suite with his and hers sinks, walk-in shower and soaking tub.

A guest bedroom also on the ground floor has been furnished with a queen bed, 32” flat screen TV and has direct access to the hallway bath with walk-in shower.

The laundry room is located inside the condo and there is direct access to the two-car garage from the master bedroom. 

This home has cable TVs in the living room and all three bedrooms, Wi-Fi and free U.S. and Canada calling.  It is located within walking distance of a pool and spa.  This lovely condo is spacious, comfortable and perfect for family vacations or shared seasonal rentals. 

NOTE:  There is a cap on gas and electric of $300 per month. The gas and electric meters are read on the day of guest arrival and again on the day of departure. The owner will pay the first $300 per month of the combined gas and electric charges. Usage in excess of the cap will be deducted from the security deposit to reimburse the owner. A full accounting will be provided 30 to 45 days from guest departure date, allowing time for owners to receive and submit their gas and electric bills to Vacation Rentals of the Desert, and any deposit funds remaining will be refunded per the terms of the Vacation Rental Contract.  If guest usage of gas and electric exceeds the security deposit the guest is responsible for the overage. The overage will be charged to the card on file after the guest has an opportunity to review the utility usage calculations. There is a cap on gas and electric of $300 per month. A World Renowned Resort

This condo is located at the renowned Mission Hills Country Club that is a part of the Westin Resort property and guests can enjoy two premier public golf courses, the Pete Dye course and the Gary Player course, a world class spa and many resort amenities.  It is situated on the longer of the two championship golf courses, the Gary Player course that plays to 7,062 yards at a par 72. GOLF Magazine praises this remarkable course as being "difficult, well-designed and joyful" and adds that it "may be the best golf course in the Palm Springs area."  This course is well suited for golfers of all skill levels and is the only Gary Player course in Palm Springs.  It is renowned for its environmentally careful integration with the desert landscape. 

The Pete Dye course features hidden pin placements and carries over water, pot bunkers, elevated tees and railroad ties. It plays to 6,706 yards at a par 70 and is designed for all skill levels. Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
