The spacious great room appointed in comfortable oversized  furnishings is a perfect space for entertaining or for family and guests to relax and enjoy the 65 inch flat screen TV. This popular 30 plan end unit features cathedral ceilings, a beautifully decorated atrium and wall to wall windows overlooking patio and fairway. It is an inviting, sunny spot during the day to enjoy the panoramic southern mountain views and once the sun goes down, guests will love gathering on the patio or in the great room to wind down the perfect evening.

The Mediterranean tiled kitchen is well stocked and has all the appliances and everything you need to cook and entertain.  A back door leads to the extended patio where you will find a gas grill, convenient to the kitchen and perfect for sunset BBQs.  There is also a bright mid-century modern kitchen table and chairs for casual dining or visiting with the cook.

The formal dining room seats six and opens to both the kitchen and great room and can be set for formal or casual meals.

The owners have furnished one bedroom as a den/office.  The queen sized memory foam (bar-less) sleeper sofa will provide restful sleep. There is also a desk and flat screen cable TV, making this room perfect for escaping with a book or catching up on emails. There is a door that can be closed for privacy when used as a guest bedroom, and the blackout curtains make for restful nights or perfect movie/game viewing.

The primary suite has a comfortable king size bed dressed with tasteful and quality linens and furnishings. This room also features a flat-screen HD cable TV, a large easy access  closet, plenty of drawer space, and a spacious en-suite bath with walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has a brand new (summer 2018) comfortable king bed with Tommy Bahama quality linens and a flat-screen cable TV.  Vintage Palm Artwork completes the signature look. The guest bath is located directly across the hall and has a combination tub/shower.

The artwork and furniture are all designed for your comfort and enjoyment, and are intended to bring a touch of home and delight to the guests.

What would a vacation home be without exceptional outdoor living?  Large sliding glass doors from great room lead out to a fabulous tile patio that overlooks the south 2nd and 6th fairways.  During the winter the view includes the spectacular snow-capped mountains.  Guests will enjoy long dinners and drinks “el fresco” with the all-new dining table and chairs for four (summer 2018), as well as chaise lounge, chosen for quality and comfort while dining or basking in the sun.  There is also a fire pit on the back patio.  It uses propane which tenants will need to provide from themselves if they would like to use it.

Amenities include land lines with free U.S. and Canada calling, high-speed Wi-Fi, four cable TVs and a DVD player in the living room.  Guests will have full access to the large two car garage. Washer, dryer and ironing board are all located in the easy access laundry room.

This condo is located just steps from one of the 26 Rancho Las Palmas pools and spas. Guests can enjoy a round of golf at the award winning 27 hole Golf course or tennis at one of the 25 championship tennis courts. You are also within walking distance to the College of the Desert weekend Street Fair, the clubhouse, The Omni Resort and Spa and The River with several restaurants and shops, a multi-plex movie theater and even Starbucks!

The home owners will consider a small well behaved dog, but please inquire first for approval and pet fee information.  No smoking please.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.

NOTE:  Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access.  They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights.  The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer.  RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days.  All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas.  The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only.  For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay.  An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100.  This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter.  Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
