The den/bedroom has a high-quality queen sofa-sleeper with inflatable mattress and a gorgeous barn door that can be closed off for privacy. 

The primary bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable king size bed, quality bedding and “smart” flat-screen cable TV.  The beautiful en-suite has a dual vanity and walk-in shower. 

The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with quality bedding.  The guest bath has a single vanity and shower/tub combination.

There is a dedicated laundry closet in the hallway with new washer and dryer and the two-car garage is accessed outside in the entry courtyard.  There is also room to park two cars in the driveway.

Floors throughout are wood laminate for a clean, modern look.  This is a much-loved family home that is well maintained and cared for.  It has cable TV in the living room and master bedroom, high-speed wi-fi and the owners will consider adding phone lines with free US and Canada calling for guests with longer stays but you must inquire first for owner approval.

This condo has an ideal location across from the clubhouse in the heart of Rancho Las Palmas Country Club.  The pool and spa are also within close walking distance, just across the street.  Rancho Las Palmas sits on a 27-hole golf course and has a premier tennis club and clubhouse dining and events during season.  The location is within easy walking distance to “The River” entertainment and shopping venue just across from the front entrance gate.  Walk to various restaurants, muti-plex movie theater, shopping and many businesses.  It is also close to the Omni Resort with a world-class spa and dinning open to the public.

Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
