It offers perfect space for entertaining guests away from the TV area. The atrium and one bedroom have been converted into an over sized den with a large flat screen HDTV, DVR, comfortable seating including two easy chairs and a full desk providing great office space to set up your laptop. The den has doors that can be closed for privacy and the sofa bed can provide sleeping for two additional guests making this property available for up to six guests. The formal dining area seats six and there is a pub table with seating for four in the kitchen … perfect for your morning coffee … or step out onto the extended patio and enjoy your coffee while watching golfers play through on the North 3rd fairway. The well-stocked kitchen has Corian counter tops, and a flat-screen TV.
The master suite has been furnished with a comfortable king size bed and good lighting for those who like to jump in bed with a good book. A large flat-screen cable HDTV, custom walk-in closet and en-suite with walk-in shower accompany the master bedroom.
The guest bedroom has been furnished with a king size bed and a large mounted flat-screen cable TV. The guest bath has a shower/tub combination.
The entire family will enjoy the large patio overlooking a lake with fountain and the North 3rd fairway. You will enjoy mountain views while relaxing on the quality patio furnishings with thick, plush pads. NOTE:  Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access.  They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights.  The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer.  RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days.  All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas.  The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only.  For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $100 for the duration of their stay.  An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $100.  This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter.  Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
