This 2 bedroom + den, 2 bath condominium can comfortably accommodate up to six. This vacation home has been beautifully decorated throughout, comfortably furnished and offers all the amenities one would expect in a luxury property.
The great room has plenty of seating for family and friends around the 55 inch 4K TV mounted over a working fireplace, and includes a formal dining area that seats up to six. You’ll also enjoy panoramic mountain views through wall to wall sliding glass doors leading to an expanded back patio. Throw open the sliders to extend your living space and enjoy perfect indoor/outdoor desert living.
The kitchen is exceptionally well supplied with just about everything on your cook’s wish list. Stainless appliances, freshly painted, squeaky clean … and stunning mountain views, will have everyone volunteering for kitchen duty! And the pub height dining table is perfect for casual meals or a sunny spot for your morning coffee. Enjoy dinner al fresco! The back patio has been furnished with a gas BBQ and dining table that seats up to six. There are also two chaise lounge chairs for the sun lovers, and two umbrellas … when there’s too much sun!
The den is furnished with a sleeper sofa, love seat and comfortable reading chair, and with cable TV, provides an alternative entertainment space or sleeping area for guests. Originally a bedroom, now furnished as a den, this room has a door that can be closed for privacy when used for sleeping.
The primary suite has been furnished with a top quality king mattress set, luxurious bedding and a flat screen cable TV. The en-suite offers his and hers sinks, a vanity with seating and walk in shower.
The second bedroom includes a queen bed with quality bedding, a flat screen cable TV and has direct access to the hallway bathroom and offers two sinks and a shower/tub combination.
The south facing extended back patio has breathtaking mountain and fairway views. It is beautifully furnished with chaise lounges, dining set that seat six and gas grill.
Wireless connection is offered as well as free local and long distance U.S. and Canada calling.
Monterey Country Club is private, but they do offer golf, tennis and pickle ball packages for vacationing guests. Please enquire directly at the on-site golf and tennis pro shops.
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closer of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
