David was an incredible host. The home was everything we needed for our entire group of 10 to sleep comfortably and enjoy our vacation. David thought of everything: he had all the amenities, all the appliances and cookware, and even additional water, soaps, and products in case you needed them. I would 100% recommend this place to another group or family that are looking to experience Palm Desert. We wish we were able to stay longer and hope to rent David’s house again soon.

We were 3 families staying at this beautiful home, and all of us agreed that it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pictures do not do it justice. There were also many extra amenities that we weren’t expecting, like toys for the children and lots of pool toys.  But the pool and spa were incredible and we spent most of our time there. The house was well taken care of and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The Casita was perfect for housing one of our families. David was extremely responsive….we asked for an extra pool cleaning because of a wind storm that left the pool full of sand and foliage, and David arranged for that to happen within hours. You will not regret staying here….we didn’t want to leave!

So, if you’re thinking about renting this house, do it! It was perfect for our family. David has thought about everything. The house is well furnished, the yard and pool are perfect. The casita was perfect for us with its own bedroom with queen sized bed and bathroom, sitting area and kitchenette. Having the pool and spa heat included in the price helped a lot too. There’s a really great playground close by, and all the nice shops and restaurants of El Paseo district are within a 10 minute walk. Quiet neighborhood without all of the rules of Palm Springs. We will definitely be renting this house again!

The place was all we had hoped for. Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry supplies, and pool towels. Several walks to the El Paseo shops did some damage to the credit card, but was a lot of fun. So many local restaurants and bars to walk to. The casita is beautiful!

David was a wonderful host. He was always available for any issue, no matter how small. The house was beautiful. So much room for all 5 adults, each with our own sleeping area. The outdoor space is very large with pool, hot tubs and BBQ grilll! Very inviting.

Our family of 5 adults and our dog stayed at David's place from Christmas to the New Year. The house was like a mini-resort. Pool, hot tubs (2!), and nice back yard for relaxing. Everything was in tiptop shape. Once inside, the house is quite roomy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a cooking class for the family while we were there and the instructor even remarked at a what a well appointed kitchen we had.
The location is perfect! We were in the middle of all of the action. close enough to shopping and eating areas as well as a great location to launch from for exploring the desert.
David was very easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure everything was going well, answered our questions in a timely manner and was very pleasant.
I highly recommend David's place. You really feel like you are on vacation from the moment you set foot in the house!

This place was perfect for our trip of five adults and two kids ages 5 and 4. Great location and everything we needed was right there in the home. So close to any dining or shopping options you could want. The pool, 2 hot tubs and BBQ island were amazing. We enjoyed watching NFL and The World Cup on the 65’’ TV! The casita was a perfect place to do some of our thanksgiving cooking in addition to the beautiful main kitchen. I would recommend David’s place for anyone traveling with or without family. Such a great week in Palm Desert! David was always available to answer any questions. 5 stars all the way!

Our stay at David’s home was perfect for our yearly family vacation, 7 adults 2 toddlers and 2 dogs. The huge backyard pool and seating areas are breath taking lots of space to do different activities and experiences throughout the day. The jacuzzi was great to hangout in at night. there is also a hottub with so many cool features.The reservation came with an extra casita in the back next to the pool with 1 king size bed and it was equipped with a mini kitchen, stove and a small chill area it was just amazing to have that extra house for some extra privacy. The pictures don’t make justice to the beautiful house we loved it as soon as we walked in. The kitchen from the main house is equipped with all kind of kitchen essentials. Location is 5 minutes away from a lot of local stores. David was amazing at check in by showing us how everything worked in the houses, he was constantly checking up with us to make sure we didn’t need anything and making sure everything was working properly and making sure we were having a good time.
Hands down it was a pleasure to stay at your beautiful home David. Thank you so much will definitely come back soon ?
