My husband and I recently bought a new home in Rancho Mirage. While the house was having some improvements, we stayed at David's beautiful home for a month. - The moment we walked in, we felt at home. David and his team thought of everything to make us feel welcome, and the house was in impeccable condition. - Any questions we had, were answered immediately, & sometimes we'd get a text asking if we needed anything. This type of communication is unheard of with most hosts, and so appreciated.
The home (it's not just a house, it's a true home) is decorated beautifully and yet casual enough to make everyone feel at home. It has everything one might need in the kitchen, bedrooms, baths and more. The casita is AMAZING! It's a true one bedroom guest house, and also has everything you could ever need. A few of our kids & grandkids came for a visit and they loved having a place all of their own.
Although we were there during August when it's incredibly hot, we were able to enjoy the magnificent back yard and pool. Even our golden retriever thought she was in heaven.
We truly didn't want to leave this Oasis!

The perfect spot for lounging in the desert with friends or family. We had 3 couples 1 kid and 1 dog and had just the best time. The house has everything you might need for an extended stay — including a fully stocked kitchen with all the little extra things you typically forget. We spent 3 nights here and only left the house once to go grab supplies. The pool and spas are great! Don’t hesitate to book!

The grill was fantastic. The WiFi and TV were good. Good cable access although we have and use our personal Fire stick when we travel. Patio was great in the morning but the afternoon sun even with the awning extended made it unusable till the sun went down.

I dont know where to start with how amazing the host and the Vacation rentals team were. Everything was so seamless and easy from when we booked all the way through until we checked out. They checked on us to make sure everything was going well and if we needed anything or had an questions they were quick to respond. I would honestly love to book this house every time i go to the Desert cities and highly recommend anyone interested in renting this home. 5 stars all the way!

The location is very good. The interior finishings in the house for the most part are very nice. Love the showers and sizes of the bedrooms other than for the issue of not been able to totally close off the third bedroom for privacy. The patio is a nice size but need better drainage when washing it down which happened at least once per week this year with all of the rain and windy weather.

David was an incredible host. The home was everything we needed for our entire group of 10 to sleep comfortably and enjoy our vacation. David thought of everything: he had all the amenities, all the appliances and cookware, and even additional water, soaps, and products in case you needed them. I would 100% recommend this place to another group or family that are looking to experience Palm Desert. We wish we were able to stay longer and hope to rent David’s house again soon.

We were 3 families staying at this beautiful home, and all of us agreed that it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! The pictures do not do it justice. There were also many extra amenities that we weren’t expecting, like toys for the children and lots of pool toys.  But the pool and spa were incredible and we spent most of our time there. The house was well taken care of and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The Casita was perfect for housing one of our families. David was extremely responsive….we asked for an extra pool cleaning because of a wind storm that left the pool full of sand and foliage, and David arranged for that to happen within hours. You will not regret staying here….we didn’t want to leave!
