With an unobstructed western view of triple fairways and mountains, enjoy the breathtaking scenery from the patio, kitchen or living room. The home is filled with light and furnished in a mid-century contemporary look. The formal dining room seats six and is steps away from the spectacular modernized kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances, granite counter tops and custom maple cabinets. A small breakfast table provides space for a quick bite to eat. The wide tiled patio is accessible from the kitchen and living room.  The master bedroom includes a king size bed and adjoins a sitting room with a flat screen TV and Bose surround sound. The dramatic master bathroom is clad in travertine with dual sinks and granite countertops and a walk-in glass shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and TV and looks out on a sunny atrium. The guest bathroom is finished in travertine with granite counters and a tub/ shower combo. This home is furnished with Wi-Fi and free local, US long distance and Canada calling.  Pool and spa are across the street.

 

NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinued their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $50 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $50. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.

5 stars! This was our 3rd rental in 5 times we have stayed at Rancho Las Palmas and it is the best! Your Vancouver neighbor said you had done an extensive renovation on this unit - very nicely done. Simple, Spacious, user friendly. Most appreciated, the well equipped Kitchen. We love to cook + had everything we needed just like home.

Trish and all the staff in the office are wonderful, so helpful and always friendly. They go the extra mile when we need something. We really appreciate all of them. They are a a big part of why we have such a great time in Rancho las Palmas.

We could not get over the gorgeous view from our patio. Enjoyed it each and every day we were there. Also everything in the condo was top quality, really made it feel like home while we were there. Appreciate all the extra's too.
