This property is just steps from one of the 26 Rancho Las Palmas pools and spas. Enjoy a round of golf at the award winning 27 hole Golf course or Tennis at one of the 14 courts. You are also within walking distance to the Monterey Avenue gate and the College of the Desert Weekend Street Fair.

The home owners will consider a small well behaved dog but please inquire first for approval and pet fee information.

This property may be rented for 3 nights minimum and up to 6 months maximum. Rental rates may be negotiated depending on length of stay.

  What can I saw but WOW! I have stayed at many condos and homes throughout the Palm Springs desert area and I have never been at one as nice as this condo! The owner has truly spared no expense. Dishes, towels and bedding are of the highest quality. The condo has everything you could need or want but the best part is that it is spotless, clean and like a brand new house. It feels as if you are the only one that has ever stayed there and my whole family agrees that we felt like we were at home and not in someone else's house.Not to mention also that the view of the lush green golf course can be seen from every room. . Swimming pool and jacuzzi less than one minute to walk and the River Shopping center with great restaurants and movie theaters a couple minutes away. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here. We didn't want to leave.

  The home is tastefully furnished; clearly no expense was denied or detail overlooked. Yet, the residence had a comfortable and "homey" feeling. The amenities of home were evident and the owners encouraged feedback. We loved sitting out on the back patio watching and even chatting with the golfers as they went by. The community is friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the quiet time at the poolside and golfing on the local golf course. We enjoyed walking in the area and over to the mall with an abundance of great shops (and people watching!). If we didn't cook at home, many local (and a great variety of) restaurants were close by. We love the "3rd Corner" bistro. We were able to get groceries at both nearby speciality shops and/or major supermarkets. There are so many activities in the area and a short car ride away are other golf courses, hiking and many local attractions including art galleries, clubs and the beautiful attractions of the desert.   I was so impressed when I entered. I was expecting a nice rental but this place has the WOW factor in all the little details. We loved relaxing outside on the balcony, watching the golfers go past. We had a lovely dinner made in the kitchen one night (also went over to "The River", the local shops, for dessert). All the equipment was there for the stay - the luxury linen and towels were loved by the ladies. I read the owners wanted to create something different and they have - an up market place to stay in the Desert.

  Our trip was wonderful !! Usually after about 4 days in the Palm Springs area, my family is ready to come home. But when we stayed at this house for 6 days, we felt like we could have stayed another week. The house is so amazing with every detail from fine dishes to linens to decorating and paint that it makes it hard for me to come home to my house. I come home with so many ideas I would like to do to my own home, that I can't wait to get started. Everything was very clean and in order and everything was set for our arrival. It amazes me how clean and new everything looks. This is our second year at this house and it was just as brand new looking as it was last year. We are looking forward to staying there again.

  My wife and I were looking for a well located, upscale house to rent in the Palm Desert/Rancho Mirage community over the Fourth of July weekend and were delighted to find this listing on VRBO. We were very impressed with not only the property but also the manner in which the property owners handled our reservation. The property itself is in immaculate condition, with the owners attention to detail being reflected in every aspect of the property from the fine linens to the custom renovations in the kitchen and bathrooms. The pictures of this property do not serve it justice as we were beyond impressed from the moment we set foot inside the house and were welcomed by a beautiful view of the golf course and picturesque San Jacinto mountains which make Palm Desert known for its charming beauty.   We had a wonderful Father's Day Weekend. When we arrived the place was clean and everything we needed was there. The property manager had the air conditioning on prior to our arrival so that it was comfortable immediately. The photos were accurate but the place feels larger and more spacious. Everything is within walking or biking distance. We are a tennis family so we enjoyed playing on the newly resurfaced courts. We had the local pool to ourselves on Friday and the country club pool to ourselves all day Sunday. It was very peaceful and rejuvenating. We all slept well in the wonderful sheets on the comfortable mattresses. The towels were new and smelled fresh. The home has Wi-Fi and cable TV. It was the perfect get away for our family. I would recommend it to my friends and family that like to go to the desert and golf, play tennis, ride bikes, shop, or just relax. We will definitely be back, probably for a week next time.
