This popular 30 plan end unit features cathedral ceilings, a beautifully decorated atrium and wall to wall windows overlooking patio and fairway. It is an inviting, sunny spot during the day to enjoy the panoramic southern mountain views and once the sun goes down, guests will love gathering on the patio or in the great room to wind down the perfect evening.
The Mediterranean tiled kitchen is well stocked and has all the appliances and everything you need to cook and entertain. A back door leads to the extended patio where you will find a gas grill, convenient to the kitchen and perfect for sunset BBQs. The guest bedroom has a brand new (summer 2018) comfortable king bed with Tommy Bahama quality linens and a flat-screen cable TV. Vintage Palm Artwork completes the signature look. The guest bath is located directly across the hall and has a combination tub/shower.

The home owners will consider a small well behaved dog, but please inquire first for approval and pet fee information. No smoking please.
NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $50 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $50. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
