Two Bedroom Plus TV Room .... Please read sleeping accomodations.
This lovely two bedroom, two bath condo also features a den/TV room adding plenty of space for up to six guests. The spacious great room is perfect for entertaining friends and family, and guests will love the custom teak furnishings which gives the entire condo it’s Danish style. The oversized dining room table comfortably seats six and there is bar seating for two at the kitchen counter, providing a great spot for casual meals, visiting with the cook or setting up your laptop. The kitchen has been well supplied and has quality appliances and even includes a wet bar and wine fridge!
Step through the sliding glass doors onto the walled patio. This property is not on the golf course, so no need to worry about golf balls interrupting your dinner. There is a dining table for four and a propane BBQ ready for your outdoor chef.
Just off the great room you will find a cozy den/TV room with large flat screen cable TV, DVD player and CD player. Furnished with two sofas for watching TV. This room closes off for privacy and can be purposed as a third bedroom for occasional guests. Owner has provided two queen and one twin air mattress with air pump, as well as a full size mattress. This could be ideal for visiting children or grandchildren.
The primary bedroom has been furnished with an extra-firm queen bed purchased in 2021, cable TV and has a large walk-in closet. The private on-suite has recently been updated and has a walk-in shower. There is also a small patio just outside sliding doors which offers total privacy and is a wonderful spot for your morning coffee in the sun.
The guest bedroom has been furnished with a an extra-firm queen bed purchased in 2021, and has direct access to the guest/hall bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space.
The washer and dryer are located in the garage which has easy access off the master bedroom patio. The owners are storing their golf cart in the garage, leaving space for guests to park one car inside the garage. The golf cart is not for guest use, but the Oasis Clubhouse may have carts available for guests to rent. Please check with the Oasis Golf Shop for more information.
This wonderful vacation home is squeaky clean, well maintained and the owner takes great pride in the providing a great vacation experience to all visitors. There is cable TV in both the TV room and master bedroom. There is also Wi-Fi and free U.S. and Canada calling and the closest pool and spa are just steps away. The owners will consider a small dog. A non-refundable pet fee is required so please inquire first for owner approval and further information.
This vacation home is spacious and uncluttered, comfortable and offered at a great rate, so it will not last long. Please call for further information. All of our reservation staff have personally visited the property and will be able to answer all of your questions. It has quickly become a Vacation Rentals of the Desert favorite!
Note: For summer rentals, May through the end of September, there is a $200/month cap on electricity.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Oasis front gate is only manned from 6 a.m. until midnight. Tenant's initially must enter before midnight. Tenants will then need to go to the HOA office at the clubhouse to register and can arrange to have their cell phone added to the call box. Vacation Rentals of the Desert does not have access to the property between midnight and 6 a.m. so it is important that all tenants register with the HOA office.
Tenant vehicles with commercial advertising must be parked inside the garage. Also, large vans such as the Mercedes Sprinter, campers and RVs are not permitted.
As in most gated communities, there are strict traffic rules and infractions are fined. Please inquire about rules and regulations.
SPECIAL NOTE: When planning your vacation, please take into consideration that there will be reseeding of golf courses and grassy areas in the desert during the months of September, October, and November. This means golf course closures, often for a month. If golf is part of your vacation, you will want to remember to ask about course closures. We will do our best to find out the closure dates or put you in touch with the golf club you are interested in, however, we are not affiliated with any of the golf courses and reseeding could be expedited or delayed due to weather or various reasons beyond our control. Neither the property owner or Vacation Rentals of the Desert can be held responsible for the closure of golf courses during your stay due to reseeding or other closures beyond our control.
