This lovely three bedroom condo has been recently updated and decorated throughout in contemporary furnishings. A 70 inch flat screen TV is the focal point of the living area which plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The wall between the living room and kitchen has been opened up and made into a seated bar, and by opening the kitchen to the living and dining areas, it has created one large, open great room that is perfect for entertaining family and friends. The large atrium provides additional light and fresh air to the great room and guest bedroom.
The kitchen has been updated with custom cabinets, granite countertops and updated appliances. The kitchen is very well stocked with quality cookware and serving dishes. Guests will be able to prepare family meals as well as entertain, and can set a beautiful table. There are four bar stools at the counter overlooking the living room, perfect for casual dining while watching the evening news. For more formal meals, the dining table seats six.
The extended back patio overlooks the South 4th fairway and offers mountain views to the West. There are two dining areas that offer seating for ten and a convenient kitchen bar with seating for three. There is also a gas BBQ, two chaise lounges and a retractable awning … perfect outdoor living!
The master bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable king bed, quality bedding and has a flat screen smart TV. Please make sure to bring you Netflix and Hulu codes to use this TV. The updated on-suite has a walk-in shower and double vanity.
Two guest bedrooms are each furnished with queen beds and quality bedding. The updated guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination and single vanity.
This home also has Wi-Fi and free calling throughout the U.S. and Canada. Owners will consider a small dog with pet fee but guests must inquire first for pre-approval. There is a gated entry courtyard and a walled and gated back patio which are perfect for small dogs. The laundry area is located inside the garage. Please note that the living room has cable TV, but master and one guest bedroom have smart TVs with Netflix capability.
This is a very well maintained, much loved, second home. The home owners use the property often and will only accept short term stays of less than one month.
NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $50 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $50. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
