The great room has been furnished in a contemporary mid-century style with an emphasis on comfort. A large sectional and mounted TV are the focal point and are open to the formal dining area, kitchen and chef's island making the space ideal for entertaining family and friends.
The clean contemporary décor continues through the bedrooms and baths. The master suite has been furnished with a king bed and mounted flat screen TV. The spa-like on-suite has his and hers sinks and a large walk-in shower.
Both guest bedrooms have mounted TVs; one guest room has been furnished with a queen bed and the second furnished with two twins. The guest bath has his and hers sinks and a combination shower/tub.
The contemporary mid-century décor has been done in a soothing and restful colors throughout and the entire home has tile floors which adds to the clean, open feel. The owners have added all the amenities you would hope to find in a 5-Star vacation property … quality bedding and towels, a well-stocked kitchen, cable TVs, DVD player and small movie library, CD player, Wi-Fi and free U.S. and Canada land lines.
Rancho Las Palmas Country Club is located between Bob Hope Drive and Monterey Avenue in Rancho Mirage and is within walking distance of restaurants, theaters, shopping and boutiques. It shares it's 27 hole full length golf course and 25 championship tennis courts with the Rancho Las Palmas Omni Resort and Spa, so guests are welcome to use these country club facilities paying the applicable fees. There is also a beautiful clubhouse with full bar and dining available during "season" as well as a small snack bar, and pro golf and tennis shop. There are 26 pools and spas throughout the country club that are heated during the winter months.
There is a golf cart stored in the garage. The cart is not available to guests. There is plenty of room for one car in the garage and additional parking in the driveway.
Due to owner’s allergies, this is not a pet friendly property. No smoking and no music fests.
Cleaning includes window washing between occupants.
NOTE: Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access. They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights. The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer. RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days. All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas. The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only. For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $50 for the duration of their stay. An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $50. This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter. Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
