Description

Sunny 300 plan with south facing patio!  This is a lovely two bedroom condo with den comfortably sleeps six.  With sofa, love seat and oversized chair in the living room, there is plenty of comfortable seating for family and friends.  The dining room has seating for six and there is additional dining for two at the kitchen table.  The kitchen is well supplied and overlooks the back patio and golf course. 

One bedroom has been changed to a den/office and has a full size sofa bed.   There is a door offering privacy as a sleeping room.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV and has an on-suite private bath with his and hers sinks and a walk-in shower.   

The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the guest bath has a combination tub/shower.

The extended south facing patio offers panoramic mountain views and overlooks the west 7th and 8th fairway.  Comfortably furnished with two chaise lounges and a dining table that seats six; there is also a built in gas BBQ making this a great location for sunny outdoor living.

Wi-Fi, U.S. and Canada calling and cable TVs in the living room, den and master bedroom are just some of the amenities offered by this vacation home.  It is also close to the pool and spa and at the front of the country club, just a short walk to The River, the Rancho Las Palmas Resort and Spa, restaurants and movie theater.  No pets or smoking please.

 

NOTE:  Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access.  They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights.  The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer.  RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days.  All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas.  The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only.  For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $50 for the duration of their stay.  An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $50.  This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter.  Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
