This vacation home is located along a street of single family detached homes in Rancho Las Palmas Country Club.  This desirable street boasts homes with large floor plans and private side yards as well as an east facing back patios overlooking the north 2nd fairway.  This spacious home offers 2,400 square feet of living space with three full bedrooms plus den and two baths.  The living room with fireplace has a large flat-screen TV mounted over the fireplace and plenty of seating for family and friends.  During the winter months, guests can open the sliding glass patio door, extending the living room space outside for perfect indoor/outdoor desert living.  There is a bar with seating between the living room and kitchen making it easy for your chef to visit with family and not miss out on a bit of fun.

The back patio has a table with seating for six and a raised fire pit with bar seating.  There is even a cable TV to enjoy with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.  The private side patio also offers outdoor dining for six, two chaise lounges and a large BBQ island … perfectly set up for entertaining.

The kitchen has been completely updated with custom cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliance.  The stove has been upgraded to gas … which most cooks prefer over electric, and the kitchen is well supplied with all your cooking needs. 

The formal dining room has seating for six and there is a handy side-bar.

There is a cozy den with cable TV located in the center of the home … a perfect spot to keep the kids entertained or to escape with a book.

The master suite … is the very definition of “suite.”  This oversized room will be your sanctuary!  Appointed with a comfortable king bed and sitting area with comfy sofa and overstuffed chair and ottoman … just hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door and your all set!.  The master suite also includes a built-in desk with work space, plenty of dressers and closets for storage and a sliding glass door leading to the side yard.  The on-suite has double sinks, a walk-in shower and a soaking tub. 

There are two spacious guest bedrooms.  One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, cable TV and has direct access to the hall bathroom.  The second guest bedroom has been furnished with two twin beds.

The hall bath has a tub/shower combination.

This home will comfortably sleep six and is suitable for multiple adult couples or a family, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out.  More like a home than your typical rental … this property will not be available long … it is beautifully furnished and appointed and has location, location, location.

Other amenities include cable TV and Wi-Fi.  This home does not have a telephone line.  The owner will consider adding phone lines depending on the length of stay, but please inquire first.  Otherwise, please bring your cell phone or possibly purchase a cell phone locally.

No smoking and no pets please.
 
NOTE:  Rancho Las Palmas has discontinue their use of transponders for gate access.  They have been replaced with RFID Tags that are affixed to vehicle headlights.  The RFID Tags allow entrance through both the front AND back gates of Rancho Las Palmas are only available to renters of 60 days or longer.  RFID Tags will NOT be issued to short term renters of less than 60 days.  All renters will be issued a GATE PASS upon initial entry into Rancho Las Palmas.  The gate pass allows entry through the front gate off Bob Hope Drive only.  For renters of 60 days or longer, Rancho Las Palmas Country Club gives our renters the option of purchasing a RFID Tag at the cost of $50 for the duration of their stay.  An appointment is required along with a copy of the rental agreement that contains the renter’s name, property address, dates of arrival and departure and a check or money order for $50.  This is completely optional and is a cost to the renter.  Alternately, renters can use the GATE PASS issued to all renters and enter through the front, Bob Hope Drive gate.
